We only live in moments. We don’t often realize this, but each moment in our life is all that we have. We dwell on the past or fear the future and these twin thieves fog our vision and block us from seeing the now. Just becoming aware of this is half the battle and this awareness in and of itself brings us greater joy and peace in the moment we are…I’m sorry what was I saying.
